From here on, as in a motorcycle blog, this is a Kawasaki KLX250 used by the Self-Defense Forces✨ The last time I saw it, there was a string clamped to the throttle grip to keep it from going back, so when I asked, I was told that it's done when you stand on it and hold your gun on the bike! A simple auto cruise control (lol)
