UK brand Out 'n' About has received a plethora of admirers for its range of jogging buggies, and this model is their top running buggy. It's light and easy to steer and has robust 16" wheels that can take on any terrain. It features a fixed wheel that is easy to lock straight while running. But you can also utilize the lever on the handlebar, and let the front wheel spin when you're walking around or climbing hills.

The suspension is superb especially on rough and bumpy bridleways in the Peak District where we tested it. The handlebar brake was not as responsive to us as we would like and the Nipper Sport V4 cannot be used with a car seat or a baby carrier (although it can be used with an infant insert) and is only used for occasional overnight sleeping.

It's fairly straightforward to build - we were able to do it in less than 10 minutes and found the steps easy to follow. The hood and seat lining have to be put on by you but it's not that difficult. It just takes patience to thread the harness straps into corresponding slits on the padded seat liners. There's a small storage pouch that is attached to the back of the seat, but it's not large enough for a changing bag.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 can be used as early as birth, but it's recommended that you wait until your child is six months old before utilizing it for running. The harness is not tight enough to hold a newborn comfortably, so you will need to purchase an additional carrycot.
