GE Profile Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

Aside from that blip however, this refrigerator is a great option. It features a large freezer compartment which is uncommon for counter-depth French door fridges. It also holds plenty of frozen food compared to other models.

Inside the fridge, there are 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment is 18.5 cubic feet of space, which is roughly on par for a French door fridge that costs this much. It has a decent-sized freezer in the left side. However it's not the most spacious one I've seen.

You can alter the shelving in both compartments to create a customized storage layout for whatever you have to keep. The GE PYE22PYNFS's interior design is attractive, too. The LED lighting is an appealing feature. The in-door storage bins have a third shelf which can be folded down to store large items. The drawers come with temperature controls that let you set them to Meat, Beverage or Deli settings. They're easy to open and close, although I found their plastic textured coatings a bit rough on the fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator includes the all the features you'd expect from a refrigerator at this price with Wi-Fi and app support via GE's SmartHQ software. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices and allows you to manage your refrigerator from anywhere around the world. It also has many options for customization. It will also send you notifications when the door is unlocked as well as when the fridge or freezer must be defrosted and when the filter has to be changed.

It is nice to have GE PYE22PYNFS offered Precise fill which is a feature that is available in a few GE refrigerators that allow users to choose the amount of cups they wish to dispense. The fridge shows a countdown to show you how much water remains however it's not as effective as Precise fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

Designed to look like a seamless part of your kitchen, Bosch's French-door refrigerator is a standout. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also features a veggie compartment which keeps vegetables and fruits fresher for longer periods, and dual compressors to preserve food items. The Ice maker is among the most efficient we've ever tested and produces pyramid-shaped Ice with low use of water. This fridge is ideal for a single family or a kitchenette with an elegant design and top of the highest quality food preservation.

This fridge was rated the most efficient in our Refrigerators Test due to a variety of reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained constant at just above 0° Fahrenheit and never changed more than a tiny fraction - this is crucial to avoid freezing burn. The fridge section of the fridge also performed well, achieving the desired temperature for initial set within an hour and keeping that temperature steady over the course of our testing.

Bosch is known for its high-end appliances. Therefore, it's not a surprise that Bosch's counter depth fridge Bosch counter depth fridge can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's Home Connect. This app allows you to control and monitor the refrigerator remotely using your tablet or smartphone. The fridge is expensive however, it offers excellent features and functions at a reasonable cost.

It is important to know the limitations of your fridge. You might need to be creative with tall objects because the fridge has a limited shelf space. Additionally, the shelves are not impervious to sprills and could be stained or damaged by sharp objects. It's simple to remove the refrigerator trays however, you must clean them regularly to prevent mold growth.

It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the refrigerator has the standard French-door layout, with gallon-sized door bins at each door as well as two rows of spill-capture shelves and a set sleeker drawers. The top shelf on the right can be folded to provide more space for taller items. There's also a full-width drawer to store food items and an internal water dispenser.

One of the nice aspects of this refrigerator is that its ice maker is in the freezer, which makes it easy to move frozen ice to the fridge for use when needed. The freezer also has innovative design features such as sliding drawers that help you organize your items. It also has a large container for storing frozen food and a separate one for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is a cool feature of the refrigerator. It allows you to control the temperature of your fridge, lighting, and more via your smartphone. It's a simple method to keep track of your fridge and manage it, especially when not at home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat, but it doesn't necessarily improve the efficiency of the fridge. The fridge took a bit longer to chill food and defrost it than the other fridges we test. This is likely due to the larger capacity.

The doors are a different issue with this fridge. The sunken handles allow shorter people to open them from the bottom. However, taller people still struggle to close them without slamming. It would have been much better to have front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a ideal choice for those who want to combine the advantages of a French-door refrigerator's aesthetics with a more efficient layout. Its capacity is superior for a counter-depth model, and it cools well and has a nice layout. It's also a little less than the top counter depth refrigerator with an ice maker, which makes it a great option.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

If you're looking for an French door refrigerator that won't cost you a fortune, this Frigidaire is a good choice. It's a basic refrigerator that may not be as eye-catching as some of its competitors, but it still has enough features to make a an excellent option. Its most notable characteristic is the adjustable temperature drawer, which helps keep foods like veggies and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge ice maker as well as a water dispenser.

Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits over the two crisper bins. The drawer allows you to divert a portion of the refrigerator's cooling power directly to this area, which means you can store foods that require special attention. You can adjust this feature using the slider located on the on the outside of the drawer. It is also possible to use this to set a general cooling level for the entire fridge but I've noticed that adjusting the general settings tends be more effective than specific ones.

During my tests, the refrigerator's temperatures were fairly constant across the different areas of the refrigerator. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the refrigerator did not differ significantly from 38 degrees. This is a great performance, but it doesn't quite make it to the top of our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be connected with a smart thermostat in order to gain more precise information on the internal temperature of your fridge.

The exterior of the Frigidaire is made of gray-bodied stainless with a "smudge resistant" finish. It does an excellent job of preventing streaks and fingerprints from appearing, even compared to glossier stainless steel finishes on other appliances I've tested.
